## The Dabbling Duck
In 2013, Cathy Garthwaite and Christina Collins, both mothers from their children's school, opened The Dabbling Duck café in Shere, Surrey. Cathy, with a background in hospitality, and Christina, experienced in retail merchandising, shared a passion for delicious food. They had previously launched The Speckledy Hen in Shamley Green in 2012. The café serves breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea, using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
